Security
Tour data reveals where an artist will be, when, and with whom. So security is our highest priority.
Two-step verification
- Required for masters and managers, available for everyone.
- Repeated failed sign-ins lock the login for a while, and the person is told by email.
- A sign-in from a new device is reported by email. You can see your sessions and sign out everywhere.
Stored in the EU
- The database, files and backups are kept in data centres in the EU.
- Each customer’s data is kept separate, and every request is checked on our server against your account and your role.
- We don’t sell your data or show ads.
Encryption
- Encrypted connections everywhere.
- Phone numbers, addresses, allergies and booking references are encrypted again in the database.
- The offline copy on the phone is encrypted and wiped when you sign out.
Only the master sees everything
- The master is the only one who can add people, change roles, reset passwords, export or delete the account.
- Everyone else sees only the artists and items their role gives them. Hidden items are filtered out on our server and never reach their devices.
- Code names for artists and hotels: crew see only the code name.
Audit log
- The audit log shows sign-ins, security changes, exports and deletions, and who did them.
- Forwarded booking emails must pass sender checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), or they wait for approval.
- Daily backups. You can export all your data whenever you want.
Not done yet: an independent security test by an outside firm. We will say so here when it has been done.

What does the free trial include?

How is the price calculated?
Per artist, not per user. Artist costs 2 990 kr per year for the first artist and 1 990 kr for each extra. Agency costs 19 900 kr per year for up to 10 artists, then 1 500 kr per extra artist, never more than Agency Unlimited at 39 900 kr. We suggest the tier that costs least for you.
Who counts as an artist?
Every artist that has been active on the account during the licence year, counted on our server.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly costs from 299 kr. Paying yearly saves about 15 %.
How many people can I add?
As many as you need, on every tier.
Can I add artists later?
Yes. From inside the app, the master can add artists or move to another tier and pays only the difference for the rest of the licence year.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Install it from the browser to the home screen. The latest tour sheet is kept on the device, encrypted, and removed when you sign out.
Which devices does it run on?
Any modern browser on phone, tablet or computer. It installs like an app on iPhone and Android.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The master can export everything as a zip file at any time, and can delete the account.
