Roadbinder opens to a small group of bands and crews first. No card, no commitment.

Roadbinder's overview on a computer: a countdown to the next soundcheck, the next concert, the next flight, reminders and open issues
Roadbinder's overview on a phone: a countdown to the next soundcheck, what to remember and the next concert

  • Every day in local time

Times are shown in the venue’s time zone, with home time underneath when it differs, so nobody misses a lobby call after a long flight.

  • Your own travel, marked

Each person sees which flights and trains are theirs. Managers and the master see who is on every leg.

  • Bookings in by email

Forward the confirmation email or upload the PDF. Roadbinder reads it and places it on the right day.

  • Offline on the road

The latest itinerary stays on the phone, encrypted, for airports and basements with no signal.

One subscription. Unlimited users.

You pay per artist, not per person. Add the whole crew, the band and the management at no extra cost.

Payment
On the next step we choose the tier that costs least for the number of artists you enter.

Payment by card through Stripe. Stripe emails the receipt. Artists are counted as everyone who has been active on the account during the licence year. Need more artists later? You pay only the difference.
